All orders will be processed in 2-3 days, plus shipping time.

Magenta Muse currently ships only to the United States.  Shipping can take anywhere between 5-10 business days.

Once your order is complete it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your order for correct size, quantity, shipping address, etc. before clicking 'Order'.

Defective or incorrect items can be returned for replacement or store credit by simply emailing magentamuseshop@gmail.com with name, order number, and photos of the defective or incorrect item within 7 days of receiving your order. Remedies are typically initiated as soon as our customer service team receives and reviews the information. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them to be eligible for refund or replacement.

Any eligible purchase may be returned for store credit within 30 days of the date of tracked date delivery status. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them to be eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Eligible returns must be unworn with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Personalized Items
  • Final Sale Items--Discounted more than 25%

 

We do not offer exchanges.  If you would like to exchange
an item, please initiate an eligible return for a store credit and re-order
the item that you would like.
