What countries do you ship to?  How long does shipping take?

Magenta Muse currently ships only to the United States.  Shipping can take anywhere from 2-5 business days for clothing and accessories and between 5-10 business days for fine jewelry.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is complete it cannot be cancelled.  Please double-check your order for correct size, quantity, shipping address, etc. before clicking 'Order'.

Can I return an item?

Yes! 

Defective or incorrect items can be returned for exchange, store credit, or a refund to original form of payment within 30 days of tracked delivery status.  

Prior to returning item, please contact our team at info@magentamuse.com with photos and a description of the issue.  We will review the information and respond with further instructions.

Non-Faulty Items 

Any eligible purchase may be returned for exchange, store credit, or a refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of the date of tracked delivery status.  

*Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them to be eligible for return. *

*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A pre-paid return shipping label is available via the return portal for $8.95, which will be deducted from the refund or credit amount due.  Customer may also opt to ship the item themselves after return authorization is received.

  • Eligible returns must be unworn with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.

Replacement Policy for Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty or defective item purchased from our online store, you can request a replacement by following these steps:

Processing Time: After we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing your replacement.

We do not offer exchanges.  If you would like to exchange
an item, please initiate an eligible return for a store credit and re-order
